If
I don’t try to sleep in 10 minutes I will have a massive headache that will stick with me for days. Setting my Tylenol & water beside the bed just incase.

Bringing your own cup at Starbucks is the most practical (not to mention, a bit cheaper and it’s environmentally-friendly too) thing to do but they will give you enough coffee to keep you awake for a week or two.
Sounds like a good idea to me.
